Chattanooga's Waterfront is so unique for an inland city. We generally travel down by boat and spend a couple nights on the Bluff Dock. You always meet new people traveling through and they are eager to hear about your travels along with listening to theirs. The exchange is always interesting and helpful. The kids love sliding down the grassy hill on cardboard, climbing at High Point, breakfast at Maple Street Biscuit Company, and of course ice cream at Ben and Jerry's. It's fun to be a tourist in your own town. The Sea Ray 400 gives us that option to move around and enjoy new experiences with our family and friends. This past trip we traveled down with three other boats and families. One of them hired us a sitter for the kiddos, and the adults headed to Main Street via Uber. We landed at the Flying Squirrel, where we had to best dinning experience. From the food, to music, to atmosphere; just a relaxing time.
Next time you think about traveling this way, call us on the VHF "Real Deal" and see if we are around. Always looking to here about new experiences.
